Paull's work is an interplay of very simple forms. His use of thick glass gives his work a visual that delights. He uses color and rhythmic bubbles that flow easily into each other playing off the optic quality of the thick glass. Paull's works are created using a Italian technique called "incalmo" where one piece of glass is welded to another producing ribbons of light.
Paull is a graduate of the Craft and Design's Glass Blowing program of Sheridan College outside Toronto, Canada. While still a young and developing artist, he is already creating quite a stir in the North American contemporary art glass community.
