Sue has been providing fine metal objects since 1979. She keeps the studio where she creates and teaches metalwork in the Riker Hill Art Park, a missile base converted into 42 artist spaces in Livingston, New Jersey.
Trained at the University of Wisconsin, her pieces have a classic form that is impervious to fashion. Her technical approach is to stretch metal until it seems to take on the form it wants. She solders, forges and hammers the work into final shape, sometimes embellishing with delicate gem stones.
We have chosen to carry her work in sterling silver.
