Kathleen made her first piece of jewelry while in high school. She has always been drawn to metal as a material because of the endless possibilities of what it can do.
As Kathleen’s concept of jewelry has expanded, so has her use of materials. She began to experiment with fabrics such as silk, felt and leather. The incorporation of the fabric has given a softness to the metal and Kathleen loves bringing them together in her jewelry collection.
